•Account Management Excellence – AME (40%)
Support the Consultative Selling Process across BUs by rolling-out developmental programs for learning and applying new skills & competencies.
Manage vendors and/or internal resources for capability enhancements
Develop innovative services and solutions what aim to solve problems of customers for more success and growth of their business
•Sales Force Effectiveness – SFE (40%)
Take the leading role of SFE in Japan and support the Customer Teams for Operational Excellence
Promote data insights on customer level and achieve that AH CRM System (MAXX) effectively supports the roll-out of non-traditional, value-added services across BUs.
•People Manager Role (20%)
Provide direct leadership support for the local Team responsible for AME and SFE process development, training and monitoring activities, including data maintenance for MAXX.
In order to achieve these goals with success, the job holder is responsible for the following activities:
•Implementation of Consultative Selling Process including Account Management Excellence by species.
•Define & implement Sales Force Effectiveness strategies, including information on customers, based on a fully functioning MAXX System in Japan.
•Effective support for Business Units in launching the new Loyalty Programs (rebate programs) for end user by monitoring performance and calculating the rebates operating the SAP-conform Rebate Tool.
•Define & support Sales Force Development Programs, including training programs based on the required competencies for each function.
•Define the Compliance Framework & continuously improve Business Processes, in line with business requirements.
•Manages Multi-channel Marketing Activities, including social media, supporting the Business Units on this way.
•Identifies Business Development Opportunities in the region, utilizing market expertise and partnership with local and international market players, to identify potential areas where the company can leverage profitable business opportunities.
The position holder is also a Member of the Japan AH Leadership Team (LT), and in this role, he/she is actively participating in the strategy development, is aware of the main business initiatives of other functions, contributing effectively to the team decisions and holds partial accountability for the business success of the entire AH Team in Japan.
