|募集職種||国内系製薬企業の Oncology New Product Planning
・Provide market insights to a cross functional Global Project Team (GPT), including competitive landscape, unmet medical needs, and emerging treatment options (future SOC) through secondary data analysis and primary researches
・Gather relevant medical expert insights by arranging advisory boards together with Global Medical Affairs.
・Provide commercial feedback to formulation and packaging development decisions with regional marketing colleagues
・Develop business scenarios for internal pipeline assets around the time of POC review; prepare global top-line forecasts.
・Provide commercial assessment in timely manner before moving into pivotal study
・Contribute to franchise strategy development in collaboration with Global Price & Market Access and Global Medical Affairs colleagues
・Work closely with Business Development to assess external assets through the relevant treatment flow, standard of care, competitive environment, and synergies with internal pipeline projects.
・Drive commercial discussion of biomarker identification and companion diagnostic development
・Champion clinical trial / global trade naming activities.
・Strong scientific background that provides good understanding of basic science and how it may be deployed in the clinic and ultimately commercially.
・Experience working with R&D project team in a global setting.
・Ability to understand therapeutic trends and competitive landscape in oncology, and to evaluate the impact of those factors
・Forecasting skill for financial valuations in oncology area
・Good communication and interpersonal skills
・Flexibility to respond to changes and urgent requests
・Bilingual fluency in English (and Japanese)
